IMPORTANT INFORMATION - RETURNS
Thinking of returning an item? Please read the following information
We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase.
However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 14 days of the day after receipt.
If you do this, please contact Toolchestdirect on 01908-632789 or 01908-632591 quoting your original invoice number to be provided with the Returned Item

You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier.
We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging.
Please include a copy of the completed Returns form sent. This will help speed up the whole process.
We will refund the total cost of the goods.
We can arrange uplift of the items at an extra charge. Any carriage paid on deliveries is not refundable.
Should your purchase have been supplied direct from one of our suppliers the terms and conditions of the supplier will apply. See our suppliers own websites for details.
A 10% re-stocking charge will be applied for items returned to us. This will be deducted from any refund.
Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged Items
If we have supplied an item incorrectly,
or if it is damaged when received or is faulty when received you should notify us within 14 days of receipt on 01908-632591 or 01908-632789 quoting your original invoice number.
We will supply a returns form which must be filled in and enclosed with the returned goods.
Toolchestdirect Ltd will arrange the uplift of the goods.
After inspection of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.
PLEASE NOTE - inspection on return of goods will be done A.S.A.P
It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery.
If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged.
If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
